Licensed Practical Nurse at CONAGRA summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide occupational health services, administering care and medications as per physician orders. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will manage work-related injuries, maintain health records, and promote team member health and safety. The role requires at least two years of occupational health experience and strong communication skills.
You Will:

• You will perform occupational health services in the provision of supportive or restorative care under physician standing orders.
• You will provide nursing care for occupational and non-occupational conditions based on the Medical Evaluation Guidelines.
• You will administer over the counter and prescription medications as ordered according to Standing Medication Orders and as ordered by our organization physician.
• You will collaborate with other health, safety, production and human resources team members in a comprehensive approach to the team member's health.
• You will communicate information about work-related injuries and illnesses to the RN Supervisor and Third-party Administrator (TPA).
• You will assist with follow-up, maintenance, and documentation of workers' compensation cases.
• You will maintain Occupational Health Services records and reporting systems according to OSHA, State, company, and legal requirements.
• You will follow the confidentiality of team member health records according to company policy and HIPPA.
• You will assist with team member health promotion and education programs.
• You will help us develop goals of plant's Health and Safety Services Determine need for further medical treatment of occupational injuries and coordinate treatment.
• Orders and maintains a supply of personal safety equipment and health services supply.You Have:
  • Must hold appropriate licensure/certification in the state certification
  • Minimum of 2 years occupational health experience,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and SpanishCompensation: -Pay Range:$48,000-$64,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
