Job Description:
A company is looking for an Invoice Analyst to support their
finance department by managing financial and administrative
tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue accurate invoices and monitor outstanding
payments
Manage accounts receivable processes and maintain accurate
records
Support onboarding of new customers and provide exceptional
customer support
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or
equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in an invoicing/accounts receivable role
Working understanding of QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
