Key Responsibilities
Conduct business process analyses and prepare functional
specifications
Coordinate testing and debugging of software, ensuring quality
delivery
Research system problems, define business requirements, and assist
in project management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in a related
field
2 years of job-related business systems analysis or customer
support experience
Working knowledge of business support and systems concepts
Fundamental understanding of user acceptance test plans and project
plans
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
